Welcome to Casa Roca Vista. This is a truly special holiday home. It is our connection to our family and their friends and now our friends in Spain and elsewhere in Europe.

When we saw this place, it was love at first sight. Evan was immediately drawn to the rock and the views of this place. And when he showed it to Becky, a former science teacher and outdoors enthusiast, a house built with the natural surroundings spoke to her. They both love its position situated on a rocky outcrop at the base of the Roca Maura with the Mediterranean views and access to all Costa Brava has to offer felt perfect.

Casa Roca Vista is just 1 km from the town center and sandy beach of L'Estartit. The property offers panoramic views of the town, the Medes Islands, sunrise, the Ter River wetlands, and Roca Maura. Casa Roca Vista, the house with the rock view, offers views of the rocks from the sunny terrace, the rooftop, and inside. As you open the front door, you may well notice the dramatic large rock feature in the open layout common area. The common area also offers an excellent gathering space in the circular "tower-style" living room with a fireplace that flows nicely into the dining area and terrace. You have a beautiful sea view from the balcony, rooftop, and every bedroom. Imagine going to sleep and waking up where the sea meets the sky.

Our home has:

• 3 comfortable double bedrooms, each with direct access to the terrace and the views of the Mediterranean Sea

• 2 bathrooms, with shower and toilet, and one even with its own sauna

• A fully equipped kitchen

• A spacious terrace with sea and mountain views

• A private rooftop solarium at the top of the tower with 360° views

• Free Wi-Fi and free parking

Casa Roca Vista also includes access to a large communal swimming pool with a sun terrace, sunbathing area, tennis courts, and views over the sea and the Empordá, just 50m from the door! There is even a small playground just around the corner from the pool if your visit includes children.

L'Estartit offers something for everyone: beach, diving, and other watersports, drinks and dining, open-air markets, local shopping, hiking, biking, rock climbing, golfing, go-karts, and children's activities. As well as other local entertainment and events.
