In Spain, renters are welcomed by a Key Holder who will personally check in guests. It was incredibly important to us that our guests have an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive. We were so lucky to find Ceel and PJ. They speak English, Dutch, German, and Spanish.

We traded the busy streets of Amsterdam for the sunny hills of Albons in Costa Brava, and we've never looked back.
We're adventurous, we love the outdoors, and we're a bit obsessed with this beautiful corner of Spain called Baix Empordà. In 2023, we took the leap and made this place our home. Not for a vacation, but for real life.
We wake up to views of rolling hills, spend our days exploring hidden beaches and medieval villages, and have gotten to know the locals who make this region so special. We've learned where to find the best pa amb tomàquet, which hiking trails are worth the climb, and whom to call when something breaks (because, trust us, things break).
We didn't move here to start a business. We moved here to live. But as we settled in, we kept meeting people like us: foreigners who'd fallen in love with Costa Brava and bought a second home here. And they all had the same stress: managing a property from hundreds of miles away.
We got it. We'd been there. And we realized we could help. So CasasBrava.com was born, not from a business plan, but from a genuine understanding and a desire to help others enjoy this place as much as we do.
This isn't just business… It’s our community, our home, and our life.
